At Circadia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
